Through Curious mindful wandering we will develop our higher spiritual snd 5sense relationship with ourselves and all beyond. Engaging low resource and damage-free creative making in and with found and natural objects, this connection with self, mother and other, will be a safe space led and held by me, Alison, a time served maker, facilitator, therapist, Buddhist, and seeker of reduction of harm in all I live and do. These will be for 2-3 or 4 hour small groups. Adult only ones as well as family welcome days will be arranged 😊
Settings will include cityscapes, riverside, woodlands, architectural/historical, windswept fens, backyards, community gardens, roadside patches….all depending on members needs and what intuitively speaks to me at planning.
